India and Pakistan will reinforce their rivalry on the cricket field as they play the face-off Micromax Asia Cup 2010 on Saturday. Political drifts between the two countries has had its toll on the cricketing ties and nowadays, the teams do not play with each other except in multi team tournaments like this one.
India, in spite of the successful win against Bangladesh in the opening match of the tournament is not in the best of its forms. The performance of the fast bowlers was disappointing and the top order batsmen didn’t play either. The team management is likely to stick with the same side that played against Bangladesh which means that the players need to work harder to secure a place in the finals.

Yesterday in every corner of Edinburgh’s Park all the children were holding different balls like cricket balls, tennis balls, etc. These things had happened to proclaim that help the next generation to inspire the sports rather than experiencing the sports through the media or something else.
The power of childhood dreams are something marvelous which should get a proper respect so that it can change into beautiful records. There is a perfect proof for this statement; he is “Sir Chris Hoy”. He first raced his cycle for fun, but later he got 4 Olympic gold medals in cycle race. If the people surround him wouldn’t take care of it means, he wouldn’t have got medals. And also even in his 34, he still remains the first ride which helps to achieve such a wonderful record.

In the same way if the child is interested in cricket, parents and the people surround him as to develop the talent. Like allowing him to join in coaching classes to get a professional enhancement in his batting, bowling speed and how to hold the cricket bat, how to bowl with the cricket ball, etc.
Not only cricket, each and every game should be considered. In childhood everything may look smaller but if it is enhanced with the proper guidance then it may reach the top.
A study today revealed that CRICKET has shaken off its old image as an ‘elitist’ sport for boys. The cricket game has lost its half image as a toff’s sport, in the wake of England’s brilliant world Twenty20 victory over Australia. Now even the daughters in state schools are enjoying the game which is compared to just 11 percent who were offered the chance to play the “gentleman’s game”, said by the mums.

And the other percent of people were believed playing cricket could improve their child’s grades. And the latest survey which was conducted by the ‘Chance to Shine’ foundation reveals that 54 percent of the people were in eager for their kids to play the game.
Andrew Flintoff states that before the launching of ‘shine’, the cricket was moving towards very danger position in state schools. So now all the state schools will take some actions to improve the popularity of cricket. And also he states that every child has rights to play cricket and learn the cricket skills like how to hold the cricket bat, how to bowl with the original cricket ball, etc.
